Our Guarantee

 All Beltronics and Escort radar detectors are covered by a 30 day return policy.  If the item is not opened, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.  If the item has been opened but is returned in good condition with all original packaging, we will refund the purchase price and charge a 15% restocking fee.  If the item is returned and is not in good condition or does not have all original accessories, we will be unable to make the refund.

If the item is defective, we will exchange the unit within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Afterwards, you can contact Bel Directly for coverage under the one year warranty.  You can also purchase an extended warranty through Beltronics.

You MUST call to get a return authorization code prior to returning the unit or it will be returned to you.
